Yesterday was a busy one. I had a recreational marijuana store grand opening and learned some new things about what goes into processing and producing marijuana on a grand scale. It really changed my perspective on the marijuana business – but more on that later.

Like the night before I saw a lot of great boxing. Queen Underwood reigned supreme, winning her eighth national title. Marlen Esparza put on an outstanding performance in the tournament. My favorites Christina Cruz, Mikaela Mayer and Antonio Vargas all came away with gold medals.

While there was some great action earlier in the day, a couple of later bouts really stood out to me.

The first was the women’s middleweight final between Claressa Shields and Raquel Miller. It was a good back-and-forth affair with both competitors putting on a show.
