Manny Pacquiao isn’t only preparing to fight Floyd Mayweather.
He’s also moving into a new home.
The boxer outbid two other interested parties on a 10,000 square-foot mansion once owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs. Pacquiao got his edge on the deal by supplying the owner of the $12.5 million mansion with four tickets to his May 2 fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
“No doubt it helped,” Pacquiao’s realtor, Elsa Nelson, told USA TODAY Sports. “The sellers are great fans of boxing and of Manny, so it was a big deal.”
Diddy was the first owner of the 7-bedroom, 8-bath mansion and sold it in 2001. According to TMZ, Pacquiao is moving into the mansion fully furnished – including the wet bar.
