With “Rampage” back on UFC 186 is it still enough to raise ratings?

Is the return of Quinton “Rampage” Jackson enought to save UFC 186 as he is been allowed to fight on the card this Saturday. He was set to face Fabio Maldonado before a court injunction was called against him from Bellator as they cited that he was still under contract with them. This led to a short back and forth between Bellator, the UFC, and Quinton Jackson as he continued to say that Bellator had nothing on him and that he would be able to compete. But now with Quinton Rampage Jackson back on the card where the UFC announced Jackson and Maldonado will fight at a catch-weight of 215 pounds. Is he still enough of a draw to bring ppv ratings up or was there no problem to begin with? Demetrious Johnson seems not be affected as he says he is only there to fight and not promote himself…
