The Growing Styles of Jiu Jitsu
One of the fastest growing sports in the world is MMA, or Mixed Martial Arts. One of the core arts every Mixed Martial Artist learns is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It’s a form of self defense that is designed for the smaller fighter to beat the bigger fighter using leverage, timing, and joint manipulation when the fight goes to the ground. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has started to grow along with MMA. The local tournaments and gyms in each state get bigger every year.
