Kenneth B. White is a board certified holistic health practitioner and a certified personal trainer with over fourteen years of professional training experience. He has attained continuing medical education credits in weight management from: Harvard Medical School, Yale University School of Medicine, and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Kenneth has recently graduated from the world-renowned, Gray Institute in October 2014 as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS).

As an FAFS, Kenneth is qualified to accurately assesses and identify your unique health and fitness needs by applying global, tri-plane (3D) movements designed to evoke your involuntary reflex and corrective actions. Your subconscious movement patterns provide the instructions he uses to create exercise environments that quickly and easily remove the hidden barriers that are preventing you from attaining your personal health and fitness goals. The most common barriers being chronic pain symptoms! Knee pain is a symptom of a deeper, hidden dysfunction located elsewhere in the body.
